Interim dividend and record date

Trading window

Shareholders will be able to see the credit of TDS in Form 168, downloadable from their e-update account on the Income Tax Portal.
A general reminder in the update
Shareholders are asked to update KYC, bank mandates, nominee and contact information, and to claim any unpaid or unclaimed dividend. Dividends that are not encashed for a consecutive period of seven (7) years and are lying in the company's unpaid dividend accounts are liable to be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) along with the shares in respect of such unclaimed dividends.
