Board meeting and what it will consider
- The meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled for Thursday, 15 October 2026.
- The Board will consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026, along with the Cash Flow Statement for that period and the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on that date.
- The Board will also consider and declare an Interim Dividend to the shareholders for the financial year 2026-27, if any.
Record date
- The record date for determining the entitlement of shareholders for payment of the interim dividend is Friday, 23 October 2026.
- This is subject to the interim dividend being approved by the Board.
Dividend income is taxed in the hands of shareholders
- Dividend income is taxable in the hands of shareholders, and the company has to deduct tax at source (TDS) at the time of payment, at the rates prescribed in the Income Tax Act, 2025.
- Shareholders holding shares in dematerialised mode are asked to update records such as tax residential status and permanent account number (PAN) with their depository participants.

If details or documents are not available, tax on dividend may be deducted at a higher rate; refund of such excess tax can be claimed while update the income tax return, and no claim lies against the company for taxes deducted.
- The TDS credit can be seen in Form 168, which can be downloaded from the shareholder's e-update account on the Income Tax Portal.
Trading window
- The trading window has remained closed since 1 October 2026 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the date of the Board meeting.
- Designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the company's equity shares and listed debt securities during this period.
For shareholders with old or unclaimed dividends
- Shareholders are requested to update their KYC, bank mandates, nominee and contact information, and to claim their unpaid or unclaimed dividend.
- Dividends not encashed for a consecutive period of seven (7) years lying in the company's unpaid dividend accounts, along with the shares in respect of such unclaimed dividends, are liable to be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF).
