Successor appointments effective: CHRO from January 01, 2027; Company Secretary & Compliance Officer from December 12, 2026

At its meeting on November 05, 2026 the Board noted and took on record the resignation of Ms. Lekha Raghavan as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) and Senior Management Personnel of the company.
Her cessation is effective from the close of business hours on December 31, 2026, or such earlier date between November 30, 2026 and December 31, 2026 as may be mutually agreed between her and the company.
The stated reason is to pursue opportunities outside the Welspun Group.
The Board also noted and took on record the resignation of Ms. Nidhi Tanna as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective from the close of business hours on December 11, 2026, or such earlier date as may be mutually agreed.

Mr. Ravi Singh was approved as CHRO and Senior Management Personnel with effect from January 01, 2027, or such earlier date as may be determined by the company upon the cessation of Ms. Raghavan.
In the interim, he assumes the role of Designate CHRO with effect from November 05, 2026, and moves to the CHRO role when Ms. Raghavan ceases.
Ms. Priya Pakhare was approved as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel with effect from December 12, 2026, or such earlier date as may be determined upon the cessation of Ms. Tanna.
Both decisions were taken on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Ravi Singh holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Amravati University, a Post-Graduation in Business Management from Goa Institute of Management, and has pursued his MDP from IIM Bangalore. He has over 2 decades of experience, predominantly in strategic hiring and leadership advisory across domestic and cross-border searches, with earlier stints in engineering, project and supply chain roles, and has worked with L&T, Reliance, ABC Consultants, Randstad, RGF, Odgers Berndtson and Executive Access.
Ms. Priya Pakhare is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with over 16 years of experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, secretarial practice, business restructuring and strategic transactions. She has been associated with the Welspun Group since 2009 and earlier served as Company Secretary of Welspun Enterprises Limited from 2018 to 2022.
Her profile cites a role in strategic transactions including Apollo Global Management's USD 350 million investment in Welspun Corp Limited and infrastructure asset transactions aggregating approximately ₹6,000 crore.

Two senior positions change hands: the human resources head and the company secretary/compliance officer, the latter being a Key Managerial Personnel role.
The dates are staggered so the outgoing and incoming officers overlap: Mr. Singh joins as Designate CHRO well before Ms. Raghavan's last working day, and Ms. Pakhare's start date follows Ms. Tanna's last day.
