During the quarter ended September 30, 2026, the Company paid a final dividend of Rs. 40 per equity share as approved at the AGM held on July 21, 2026.
During the quarter and half year, the Company allotted 14,884 and 20,186 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each respectively pursuant to exercise of stock options.
