TV Vision Ltd is under a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). In simple terms, the lenders and creditors — together called the Committee of Creditors, or CoC — run the process through a Resolution Professional (RP) rather than through the company's board. This update gives the outcome of the second CoC meeting.
What was placed before the CoC
The second meeting was held on 25th September 2026 at 05:00 p.m. The resolutions were put to vote electronically, with e-voting open from 28th September 2026 at 10:00 A.M. and concluded on 01st October 2026 at 08:00 P.M.
How the voting went
- On five items — August 2026 salaries and wages, two registered valuers, a chartered accountant, a company secretary and an internal auditor — the table records 100 in favour, 0 against and 0 abstentions.
- On three items — ratification of CIRP costs, appointment of an advocate and the fee of the Resolution Professional — the table records 1.81 in favour and 98.19 against.
- Voting is by share of voting rights, so each item totals 100.
The amounts involved
- CIRP costs incurred at actuals by the RP from the Insolvency Commencement Date (30.07.2026) till the date of the meeting: Rs. 7,00,481/-.
- Salary sheet of the Corporate Debtor for August 2026: Rs. 2,68,260/- net payable, in respect of 3 employees and 1 professional.
- Two Registered Valuers appointed to determine the Fair Value and the Liquidation Value, at fees of Rs. 2,00,000/- and Rs. 2,25,000/- respectively, plus applicable GST.
- Chartered Accountant for books of account and statutory compliance: Rs. 60,000/- per month plus applicable GST.
- Company Secretary for SEBI (LODR), SEBI (SAST), BSE, NSE, ROC/MCA and secretarial compliance: Rs. 45,000/- per month plus applicable GST.
- Internal Auditor: Rs. 1,25,000/- per quarter plus applicable GST.
- Resolution Professional's remuneration: Rs. 2,00,000/- per month plus applicable GST, stated to be the statutory minimum fixed fee under Table-1, item (ii) of Schedule-I.
Changes to people on the rolls
- Ms. Priya Paranjape and Mr. Sunil Jondhalekar are to be paid their salary / professional fee from the Insolvency Commencement Date (30.07.2026) up to and including September 2026, and their engagement with the Corporate Debtor stands discontinued with effect from October 2026.
- The RP is authorised to rationalise the workforce as may be necessary for running the Corporate Debtor as a going concern.
What a retail investor can take from this
- This is a process update. The CoC is deciding who does the work during the insolvency and what that work costs.
- The resolutions state that these professional fees, court/update/process charges and out-of-pocket expenses are treated as part of the CIRP Cost.
- Appointing valuers to determine Fair Value and Liquidation Value shows the CoC is building the basic numbers it needs to assess resolution plans.
- The vote table shows creditors were not unanimous on the CIRP cost ratification, the advocate appointment and the RP's fee, while the remaining resolutions were carried with all votes in favour.
