Trident Lifeline Limited held an Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, through video conferencing and other audio-visual means.
The meeting commenced at 04:00 p.m. (IST) and concluded at 04:11 p.m. (IST), after quorum was confirmed and the chairman called the meeting to order.
Three items of special business were taken up, each described in the update as a special resolution.

Agenda item 1: alteration of the Articles of Association of the company. The Articles are the company's internal rule book.
Agenda item 2: to approve the issuance of equity shares to the proposed allottees on a preferential basis.
Agenda item 3: to approve the issuance of warrants convertible into equity shares to the proposed allottees, on a preferential basis.

The e-voting facility was kept open for 15 minutes after the conclusion of the EGM so members could cast their vote.
The company secretary announced that the consolidated e-voting results, along with the consolidated Scrutinizer's Report, shall be submitted to the stock exchange and placed on the websites of the company, NSDL and the stock exchange within 48 working hours of the conclusion of the meeting. The voting outcome will be known from those results.

Directors and key managerial personnel present through video conference: Mr. Hardik Desai (Executive Director and Chairman), Mr. Shravan H. Patel (Managing Director), Rupaben Jariwala (Whole Time Director), Mr. Ashish Anandsinh Bafna (Chief Financial Officer and director), and independent directors Dr. Mishal Patel, Mrs. Falguni Bhavesh Jariwala, Mr. Sachin Bhandari and Ms. Smita Kiran Davda, along with CS Nikita Sharma.
In attendance were CA Priyal Jain, partner of A Bafna & Associates (statutory auditor), and CS Mehul Amareliya (secretarial auditor and scrutinizer).

A preferential issuance of equity shares and of warrants convertible into equity shares brings in new shares, or the right to subscribe to shares later, to the proposed allottees. For existing shareholders, this can change the total number of shares and therefore their percentage holding in the company.
