📌 The U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved the supplemental Biologics License Application for ILUMYA (tildrakizumab-asmn) for the treatment of adults with active psoriatic arthritis, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries announced on 30 October 2026.

📌 Rick Ascroft, North America CEO, Sun Pharma, said the approval builds on ILUMYA's clinical experience in plaque psoriasis and that ILUMYA is now an option for adults with active psoriatic arthritis unable to self-administer treatment or who may benefit from regular in-office care.

🌍 The company says ILUMYA is an IL-23 inhibitor administered exclusively by a healthcare provider; ILUMYA is also approved for moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis in India, Australia, Canada, China and Japan, and is sold as ILUMETRI in Europe by Almirall.

📌 ILUMYA was approved by the FDA in 2018 for the treatment of adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy, the release says.
