Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has told BSE and NSE that its Board of Directors approved the appointment of Shri Mohit Malpani, ED(F&A) SAIL, as ED(F&A) & Company Secretary with effect from 1st October 2026.
The change follows the superannuation (retirement on reaching age) of Shri M.B. Balakrishnan, ED(F&A) & Company Secretary, on 30th September 2026.
