[09:28:27] asma to painful area. You're reaching festive season and you will see volumes coming as you're depicting in the loan book growth for consumption. So my suggestion is we should better ladder. Look at those companies which you were waiting for. Any correction out there go and buy them. And So where are these Vinay? Because are you therefore looking at the cohort which will benefit out of the festive season demand generating because there is an immediate trigger. Even if the even if the commentary at the end of quarter two or four quarter two is not end, but the demand commentary for the festive season might be strong. So, is that what of stocks you're betting on? Or are you betting on something that is consistently seeing How do I say? For example, for lack of a better word, order flow, defense, doing well, or real estate where in the numbers don't look all that. Where are you betting on more? So, a bit of all. Yeah. So, a bit of all. Uh so, you know, first and foremost, because liquidity is coming into the country, you're seeing consumption being driven, and you're seeing the last month's numbers also. book growth was 17 and 1/2 18% even if I adjust it for what the NBA taken from the banks, you've seen a 16 plus percent growth in consumption. So your tactical trade is to play the liquidity rallies. You've seen some NBFCs correct uh primarily because of what's happened in the insurance policies. Uh so I think there's, you know, there's something to grab out there. So that's the tactical move for both festive season. correction because of what's come out in the insurance policy. So that's step one. Step two, you've seen US interest rates being high because the capx out there is rising and because of that the order book not not for defense, which is more a local uh parameter, but the order book is going up for AI related spaces, be it cap goods, be it uh fiber optic companies, be it companies. So, there, if you're seeing your earnings momentum being faster than the stock price, and your raising numbers and your P or relative basis are still comfortable. I think that's the space, I think is the make in India space wherein if you're seeing domestic, you know, pharmaceutical space, you know, just safer, but growing because of, you know, what's happening uh both domestically and globally. That's a space you want to look at. And defense comes in that coop as well, you know, the make in India space. So, order book going up, good news, earnings momentum increasing because of uh global capx going up, good news and festive season coming in good news. So, you've got to factor these three in, but yes, you expect rate heights, expect the markets to be turbulent uh and hence don't jump into anything. look at what you like before you get. Vinay hi, good morning. Uh Tamanna here. Uh you know, I'm just wondering if and because we started the conversation on the show, they also talking geopolitics through the length uh of the morning today, we've been talking about how that is the biggest [09:31:27] actor and there is a sense that things might turn soon. Is that something that investors should prepare for right now? Looking at the levels that we are in the markets. I mean Nifty even as we speak under 23 100. So I think you break the geopolitical risk into two, you know, first is the interest rate and second is the oil. Both of them are important. Uh the interest rate hikes or the interest rate for the longer term at 5.2 in US for 10 years, uh means India will see probably two interest rate hikes uh you know, come October and come December. And that I think the market is absorbed because of the liquidity parameters, still uh you are seeing the loan book growth being good and that for me is as much problem with the forex reserves being there, I think the rupee will be stable. So that's the right. Uh the second risk which is on oil, clearly India has a uh you know, direct correlation, the Indian markets have a direct correlation to bread, I'm I'm using the word bread as compared to WTI because the differential between the two, though WTI is the better quality WTI, you know, lower than 95 and bread is at 105 and that's what you know, we are picked to. Uh there we have an issue that every month as against say 10 to 11 million dollars of outflows uh if in January or historically, we are giving about 21 to 22 billion dollars of flows because of the higher oil price and more importantly the higher gas price. So for me that's space gas consumption or which cannot pass on to its oil consumption is a pain point. Keeping both these in points in mind, you're also seeing the growth being very resilient. Uh come morning season and festive season you're one month away from it. Uh you'll start I think uh a lot more positive news coming. Okay. What is it that you would shun from your portfolio right now? You are constructive and counter or the contra. If you had it in your portfolio, you're happy to sell it lock stock back. So, uh, you know, uh, anything which has moved up too much, uh, where are we underweight? I'll give you an answer the other way around. We are underweight energy. Uh, we are largely underweight large cap IT, uh, we are largely underweight real estate. So these are the three spaces where we are underweight. Uh we're largely overweight Telcos, we're largely overweight capps. And you know, we are between underweight to being equal weight in the financial space uh and overweight in the pharmaceutical and healthcare business. So that's what we would fold., are you looking at any of the public issues or recently listed public issues, one very prominent one below its issue price this morning and looking at opportunities there? So [09:34:27] you know I I forgot to talk about one concern earlier and since you spoke about public issues there's one more publication coming which is round the corner and when two large cap issues come into the in you know in a period of 20 days to a month that itself is a relatively big risk especially large cap sectors because you know you have limited amount of money and you need to put money in one of the two coming which are getting listed what would you do right you would take money out from somewhere and put it somewhere that's also camouflaging you know the risk we are talking about especially for you know the Nifty or the broader indexes currently are we looking at investing in IPOs but if there are corrections we always keep our eyes open in that space, but also what you need to realize is wherever the IPOs are coming, if there are other stocks in that sector which have become relatively cheap, that's where our eyebrows would be raised a lot more and we would use those as opportunities to buy them. We leave it at that, thanks so much for taking the time out and being with us, really appreciate. Thank you. You know, asked Vinay about newly listed companies, recently listed companies and how there could be buying there. Well, Steamhouse have seen some buying, they've won a, this is a company that got listed in 10-11 sessions ago. I might be wrong by a day or two here and there. But, what has happened this period, they've won a 311 crore EPC and operation and maintenance paid for Himachal's bulk truck park, adding a 25-year revenue stream. Before we chat with Vishal, who's the CMD of Steamhouse India, Puneet Johnson is with some details. Puneet, Thank you for that. As you rightly said, 17th September is when the company listed in and since then has done well for investors up 35%. But, largely there are three key aspects to watch. One is, of course, this new EPC as operation and maintenance contract for the next 25 years once this EPC project is implemented company, roughly worth 311 crores is what the company has. But, since it is recently listed, there are some aspects to watch. One is that you know, it largely is in the generation and distribution of stream its own pipeline network and hence almost, you know, 52% of the company's revenue is in generation and distribution while they off also purchase and distribute stream for the rest 17%. The other factor that 26% of the company's last year's revenue was coming in from coal trading. That's a vertical, they have a shutdown. So, what has been the reason for that will be one. The other factor coal trade was largely one of the bigger reasons of the growth between FY25 and FY26. So, now that that is away, how is the company looking at growth and if these new contracts will one of those reasons for the growth going forward will be some of those aspects from this conversation. Thanks Puneet. And as we said, Vishal Buddhiya, who's the CMD of Steamhouse India, Johnson's on the show. Vishal, great
