- The call is ₹5/- per partly paid-up equity share, arising from the rights issue made under the Letter of Offer dated February 20, 2025.
- This follows the First and Final Call Money Notice dispatched on Tuesday, March 10, 2026.
How much is outstanding
- Aggregate outstanding First and Final Call Money: ₹ 19,26,32,830/-.
- Number of partly paid-up equity shares on which this amount is due: 3,85,26,566.
- Already converted to fully paid-up after the earlier call money period (Wednesday, March 25, 2026 to Wednesday, April 08, 2026): ~14.43 lakh partly paid-up equity shares.
- The partly paid-up shares carry a face value of ₹10/- each, with ₹5/- paid-up.
Payment window and process
- Payment period: Friday, November 06, 2026 to Friday, November 20, 2026 — 15 days (both days inclusive).
- Mode: NEFT / RTGS to the right issue allotment account with HDFC Bank, or cheque / demand draft deposited with the Registrar and Transfer Agent, Skyline Financial Services Private Limited.
- Cash payment is not accepted. Payment must be for the full amount due; a part payment is treated as non-payment, though the Board may at its discretion convert a proportionately lower number of shares.
- Payment for a particular demat account / folio can be made only once during the payment period; later payments are liable to be rejected. Third-party bank account payments are liable to be rejected.
What happens if the money is not paid
- The partly paid-up shares on which the call money remains unpaid will be liable to be forfeited, together with the ₹5/- per share already paid on them.
- On forfeiture, the amount paid on application stands forfeited, including dividends declared but not paid before forfeiture. The forfeited shares become the property of the Company and may be sold or disposed of as the Board thinks fit.
- The holder ceases to be a member for those shares but remains liable to pay amounts that were payable at the date of forfeiture, with interest at fifteen per cent (15%) per annum, until paid in full.
- The notice states this is the final opportunity and no further reminder is proposed.
Shareholder action points
- Keep the DP ID – Client ID / Folio number, reminder notice number, PAN and number of partly paid-up shares ready for the payment slip.
- On payment and completion of the corporate action, the partly paid-up shares are to be converted into fully paid-up equity shares and credited under ISIN INE201F01015.
- Holders who have not received the notice can request a duplicate from the Registrar and Transfer Agent.
