A meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, November 04, 2026.
The Board will, inter-alia, consider and approve the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report.
The intimation is given under Regulation 29 (and Regulation 33) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

This is the company's quarterly results announcement date. The numbers for the July to September 2026 period, and for the six months ended September 30, 2026, will be placed before the Board for approval.
Two sets of accounts are on the agenda: standalone (the company on its own) and consolidated (the company together with its subsidiaries or group entities). Reading both together shows how much of the performance comes from the core entity and how much from the group.
The Limited Review Report is the auditor's short-form review of unaudited results. It is part of the same approval and is published with the results.

Under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's own code of conduct, the trading window is closed for directors, designated persons and their immediate relatives.
The closure runs from October 1, 2026 till Forty-Eight (48) hours after the results are declared. This is a routine restriction around results so that people with advance access to the numbers do not trade on them.

The results themselves, when declared, will show revenue, expenses and profit for the quarter and half year on both a standalone and a consolidated basis.
Any year-on-year and sequential comparison needs the earlier periods' figures; this intimation only sets the date on which the current period's numbers will be considered and approved.
The trading window reopening date follows automatically from the date the results are declared, being Forty-Eight (48) hours after that declaration.

This is a scheduling notice. It tells investors when to look for the September quarter numbers, and it is not a statement about the performance itself.
