• Mr. Inderjeet Ghuliani ceases to be Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel on attaining superannuation, with effect from the close of business hours on September 30, 2026.
• Mr. Amol Joshi is appointed Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel with effect from October 1, 2026, on full-time employment, based on recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee.

About the incoming CFO

Mr. Joshi has around 32 years of work experience and has led the finance function with focus on governance, regulatory compliance and financial discipline in a listed-entity environment. He served as CFO of TransUnion CIBIL Limited and earlier worked with IndoStar Capital Finance, L&T Financial Services, Standard Chartered Bank, American Express Bank and Oracle Financial Services.
