⚙️ How conversion works
- Holders may convert all or part of their CCDs; notices received in a window are clubbed together.
- Interest accrued but unpaid is paid within 7 working days from the Conversion Date.
- Fractional amounts are paid in cash within 7 working days from the Conversion Date.
- New shares are credited in demat form and will rank pari passu with existing equity shares, including for dividend and voting.
- Conversion notices are irrevocable; incomplete notices are liable to be rejected. Documents go to SAMIL.CCD@motherson.com followed by physical copies.
👀 Why investors watch this
Conversion of CCDs adds new equity shares, so the share count rises as and when holders convert. The final number of shares depends on the Conversion Price determined by the formula above at each window.
