At the 45th Annual General Meeting held on Friday, 25 September 2026 at 11:30 AM, members approved two reappointments.

Mr. Rakesh M. Kumar reappointed as Managing Director for another term of three consecutive years, from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2029.
Mr. Satish Chander Sharma reappointed as Independent Director for a second term of five consecutive years, from 30 June 2027 to 29 June 2032.

Background of the directors

Mr. Kumar is a B.Tech (Hons.) with an MBA from California State University, has over three decades of industrial experience, and joined the company in 1994 as Executive Director. He looks after marketing, sales, technical, financial and day-to-day affairs.
Mr. Sharma is an M.Sc. (Physics) with a P.G. Diploma in Applied Electronics, with about thirty-five years in banking; he retired as Branch Manager from Jammu & Kashmir Bank in 2015 and now provides consultancy in finance, banking and insurance.
