- Revenue from operations
- Rs. 521.82 crore (Q2 FY27, standalone)
- Profit after tax
- Rs. 94.35 crore (Q2 FY27, standalone)
- 2nd interim dividend
- Rs. 1.90 per share (19% of paid-up share capital); record date 11 Nov 2026
Quarterly results
The board approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026, along with the limited review reports.
- Revenue from operations (standalone): Rs. 521.82 crore for the quarter, against Rs. 513.79 crore in the same quarter a year earlier.
- Profit after tax (standalone): Rs. 94.35 crore, against Rs. 102.22 crore a year earlier.
So revenue was slightly higher year on year, while profit after tax was lower.
Second interim dividend
- Rate: Rs. 1.90 per share on shares of face value Rs. 10 each.
- This works out to 19% of paid-up share capital.
- Record date for payment: Wednesday, 11 November 2026.
- The dividend is to be paid on or before 3 December 2026.
Shareholders holding shares on the record date are the ones who qualify for this payout.
NICC joint venture
- The board took note that the proposal to form a joint venture with NICC Infrastructure Construction LLC, and to contribute capital in it, is not materializing.
- This follows the company's earlier intimation of 25 June 2026 regarding approval for formation of, and investment of capital in, that joint venture.
Other points noted in the results
The results carry notes on two group entities
- Indian Railway Stations Development Corporation Limited, a joint venture, is under voluntary liquidation. The company's investment in it is ₹48.00 crore.
- Against its share in that entity, the company received an interim amount of ₹47.04 crore from the liquidator in July 2026, accounted as advance received, with the liquidation process continuing.
- The board had earlier approved initiating the process of closure of RITES (Afrika) Proprietary Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary incorporated in Botswana.
The auditors' review report also states that the number of independent directors on the board is less than half of the total strength of the board, as required under Regulation 17(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
What shareholders can track
Three things stand out for a retail reader: the year-on-year movement in revenue and profit, the dividend record date and payout timeline, and the fact that the planned NICC joint venture will not go ahead.
