At its meeting on Monday, 5th October, 2026, the Board of Directors considered and approved the conversion of 50,65,000 warrants into an equivalent number of 50,65,000 equity shares, pursuant to the exercise of the right of conversion by the respective warrant holders. Terms attached to the warrants
