How to read this
Authorised share capital is the ceiling up to which a company may issue shares. Raising the ceiling does not by itself issue any new shares or change existing shareholding; it creates headroom for future issuances, which would be dilutive only if and when shares are actually issued.
Similarly, approving borrowing limits and the power to create charges sets an outer boundary for debt and for security over assets; it does not mean the amounts have been borrowed.
This update follows the company's earlier letters dated 03rd August 2026 and 24th September 2026 on the same subject.
