How to read this
An AGM notice is a routine governance document. It tells shareholders what will be put to vote and gives them the chance to participate. The items worth noting are the fresh five-year term proposed for the statutory auditors and the regularisation of five directors, two of them independent. Ordinary resolutions need a simple majority of votes cast, while special resolutions need a higher threshold, so the two independent director appointments carry a stricter approval bar.
