What the company says it is building
The CEO described the current phase as a transition from a traditional platform business to an AI business. The company is working on software called NeuralOps, which it has used for the past few years and which it buys from the Indian market and foreign OEMs such as Cisco and Dell. It now intends to establish itself as an OEM for this software, with use cases in data centres, cyber security and other sectors. Management said the company has tied up with Google and Wizeverse AI to enter the AI, cyber security and data centre business, and has signed a partnership with Cisco Splunk.
The company is setting up a defence vertical. Management said it has identified a senior person with a defence background who will join in November / December, and that under this vertical a new services line for DPR will be started, for which a few pipelines are being worked on and which will begin in March. It also plans secure SOC and services offerings to clients.
Guidance and forward-looking points from the call
- Management said it hopes to reach "triple figures" in revenue in this financial year, with a good margin.
- The enterprise market is expected to contribute at least 20 to 30% of growth by 2027-28, supported by a senior hire to lead the enterprise division.
- The contribution of the NMS software is expected to increase by about 5 to 20% across 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030.
- The Software NeuralOps market is estimated to reach $ 9 billion in 2031.
- Currently about 90% of the market served comes from PSUs and government and 10% from enterprise, and the aim is to reduce that dependence to improve margins.
The moderator's note at the start of the call stated that the call may contain forward-looking statements, which should be read in conjunction with the risks and uncertainties applicable to the company.
