[10:04:39] [10:07:39] exactly that, the opinion. Yes, Chikki away. Well, Prasant, of course, a few very interesting brokerage notes on PB Fintech today, a few things common amongst all the brokerages. Of course, uh target price revision is the common thing among amongst all of them. But apart from that, all of them have highlighted how PB Fintech is looking to rationalize its cost towards marketing, towards advertisement, which will help its balance sheet. Uh also, uh how, uh you know, the the the point on dark patterns is also emerged in these brokerages. I'll go one by one. First of all, it's Kotak Institutional Equities on PB Fintech. They have a add rating on the stock. Target price has been cut to Rs 1400 from Rs 1875. Uh in terms of opinion, what they say, PB Fintech stock has sharply corrected, reeling under the pressure of commission caps and that will likely to reduce the take rate of the digital business by about 35 to 40%. Also, PB Fintech, however, will benefit from an industry wide shift towards low cost digital models because it is an industry leader in that segment. It will find some scope for cutting expenses especially on advertisements and proportion. Uh, you know, in terms of their estimates, they they put a cut of about 30 to 30 44% as far as the earnings for PB Fintech are concerned. The next one on the list is Invest Tech. Uh, they have a buy rating on the stock. Target price though has been cut to Rs 1425 per share. Uh, you know, Invest Tech believes that the profit for the company, which they had estimated, has been deferred by two years on account of the consultation paper. They also say that IRDA's draft consultation paper could differ PB Fintech's earnings trajectory uh in terms of numbers uh with previous FY30 estimates, the earnings effectively could shift to FY32 estimates. They say PB Fintech has many meaningful cost levers, performance marketing, brand costs, which should help mitigate some impact which has come as far as IRDA's consultation paper. In terms of a key risk which is proposed in the requirement, uh which is uh to provide uh you know, collecting personal information from potential policy holders. So, that's a key risk which they've been highlighted. They've cut FY28 estimated and FY29 estimated PAT by 76% and 56%. Finally, Burnstein on PB Fintech, uh they have an outperform rating, the target price is 2310. This is the highest on the street with about 91% upside uh from where the stock closed on Friday. The proposed framework, according to them, implies a 40% reduction in the insurance take rates for PB Fintech. Uh according to them, also uh the earnings have meaningfully shifted in terms of the time horizon. Uh, thank you very much uh for that Yash. PB Fintech in focus today as well. Get into a break. The number of rich people in Asia has seen a sudden upsurge and I'll tell you why. It's because in the current decade for the current year, Cospi has risen 100% year-on-year, despite the volatility and Taiwan index has gone up 80%. Just imagine the wealth effect in just the last one year. The Middle East also was very prosperous and booming according to bankers. Until the war started. But, very much in shipshape even now. So wealth management as an industry in Asia has suddenly seen [10:13:39] huge upsurge in the last one decade. To understand what are the key trends? How much have the rich exploded and where are the rich investing so that all of us may follow in their footsteps. I have someone who manages their wealth for them. I have with me Judy Shu, the CEO of Global Retail and Wealth Management at Standard Chartered Bank. Judy, thank you very much for joining us. Ila, thank you for having me. Really a pleasure to be here. Thank you. Okay, first let us understand this upsurge of wealth. Have you seen a big rise in the client till from Asia, especially from North Asia, simply because wealth seems to have jumped? Yeah, I mean, look, this is a structural trend that obviously in the last couple years after COVID, we've seen, you know, on the back of this technology super cycle, a number of markets have done well, but I would say that in terms of the you know, rise in the middle class and the rise in the affluence market, is a structural trend that we've seen for the last 20 years, right? Or longer. So, there'll be ups and downs. Clearly, when markets do really well, and we have seen, you name some of the you have share some of the numbers, there's you know, that creates more wealth, right? There there are years when markets take a corrections and we've seen a couple of those crises where, you know, obviously the there's some wealth effect. I think you point that it has been structured, but did the last one year or two years see an increase in the wealthy? I think for sure, you know, after the pandemic, right? As you know, people came out of the pandemic and on the back of as I say this technology super cycle, the AI big structural investment, that has created rise and all the markets doing well, and for whoever have invested their savings into that market have benefited. And including I mean, you know, in India we also have seen since the the you know, sort of the covid crisis, the financialization of you know, consumer savings, right? Putting more money to work. All this I think you know, has created long-term wealth accumulation, absolutely. Now, I'm going to come to India in just a minute. But first, before I come to Indians, let me come to the Indian Gift city. You know, India is trying to compete with this global wealth audience. What's your sense is the Gift City getting there as a competitor to maybe Singapore and first we ordered to compete with Mauritius and then with Singapore. You think it's getting there and
