What the update says

Promoter Santanu Agarwal has shared a revised disclosure under Regulation 31 of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 regarding the creation of a pledge of shares of Paisalo Digital Limited held by him.
It is a revision of the earlier intimation of September 07, 2026 and is stated to have been shared because of a clerical error in the encumbered holding.
