• Declared 1st Interim Dividend for FY 2026-27 of ₹8 per equity share of face value ₹5/- (160%), working out to ₹10,064 Crore; Record Date 12th November, 2026; payable within 30 days.
• Approved inter-corporate loan to wholly-owned subsidiary ONGC Videsh Limited, valid for 5 years, for a value not exceeding ₹10,000 Crore outstanding at any point of time.

Conclusion: Unmodified

• EoM: results reviewed and approved directly by the Board as Audit Committee could not be reconstituted due to non-availability of Independent Directors.
• EoM: PMT JV arbitration – DGH demand of USD 1,624.05 million (Rs. 15,583 Crore) treated as contingent liability.
• EoM: Service Tax/GST on royalty provided; penalty demands Rs. 2,213 Crore and JV partners' share Rs. 7,186 Crore treated as contingent liabilities.
• EoM: CB-OS/2 block taken over from July 22, 2026; Vedanta appeal pending; also subsidiary EoMs on Mozambique asset transfer, PIVSA dividend receivable USD 535.98 million, OPaL plant shutdown.
