• Mr. Ashish Dandekar appointed Chief Technology Officer and Key Management Personnel with effect from September 29, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018. He is also treated as Senior Management Personnel under the Listing Regulations.
• Qualifications: M.S. in Electronics & Control from BITS Pilani and B.E. in Electronics from Mumbai University, with certifications in ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management (Lead Auditor), COBIT 5 and Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt).
• Experience: over 33 years in technology and advisory roles, of which the last 15 years as an Independent Technology Advisor/Consultant across financial markets, banking, government and infrastructure. Expertise spans technology strategy, IT infrastructure, information security, business continuity, IT risk, regulatory compliance and technology transformation.

Outgoing CTO

• Mr. Kothandaraman Prabhakaran has resigned as Chief Technology Officer with effect from the close of business hours on September 28, 2026.
• He will continue to serve his notice period as Executive Vice President (EVP) until his last working day, October 12, 2026.
