After the quarter end, CRISIL upgraded long-term bank facilities from CRISIL A/Stable to CRISIL A+/Stable; short-term facilities reaffirmed at CRISIL A1. The Company listed on 3rd September 2026 after an IPO of Rs. 700 crore, including a fresh issue of Rs. 500 crore, with net proceeds mainly for repayment of borrowings and capex.

Ranihati facility to add 35,000 MT in three phases โ 10,000 MT targeted in H2 FY27, about 11,000 MT in Q3 FY28 and about 14,000 MT in Q1 FY29 โ lifting total installed capacity from 40,000 MT to 75,000 MT, and adding HT power cables up to 66 kV.
