Supply chain leadership change

Her experience spans Europe, Latin America, South Asia, India and Brazil.
- She also played a role in the demerger of the ice cream business into Kwality Wall's (India) Limited, which the update says gives her an understanding of the Company's business, operations, strategic priorities and stakeholder ecosystem.
Ownership context given in the update
- Following its demerger from HUL, KWIL entered a new phase of growth as an independently listed entity. The Magnum Ice Cream Company HoldCo 1 Netherlands B.V. (TMICC HoldCo) subsequently acquired a controlling stake in KWIL pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement signed between Unilever and TMICC in June 2025. TMICC HoldCo holds a 61.91% stake in KWIL.
What to take away
- This is a change in management disclosure: a full-time MD & CEO is being appointed for a defined three-year term, with shareholder approval still required, alongside a change of the supply chain head.
- The update sets out the professional background of both incoming executives and the company's ownership structure; it does not carry any financial results with it.
