Board approves a new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

Krypton Industries Limited has informed the exchanges that its Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 15 October 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Puspendu Kayal (Membership No. A76221) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. The appointment is with effect from 15 October 2026.

The decision came on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and he is designated as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company.

Mr. Puspendu Kayal is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
He also holds a Bachelor in Commerce (H).
He has experience in the field of secretarial and legal matters, listing compliance and governance, and exposure to dealing with various Government Departments and organisations.
The Company states he has no relationship with any director of the Company.
