Product Development
- Tidal Barrier Gate: described as the company's largest-ever tidal barrier gate, developed specifically for the Yuen Long Barrage & Nullah Improvement Scheme in Hong Kong. Size: 23050mm (W) x 5800mm (H) SS316, manufactured in a short period of 5 months. A delegation of over 18 people from Hong Kong visited for inspection of the tidal barrier along with CI gates, composite stoplogs and mechanised screens made for the project.
- Unidirectional Knife Gate Valves for dry ash conveying: pneumatically operated valves developed to mitigate problems at the NTPC site - 3 x 800 MW Phase -1, Patratu Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd, offering leak-tight performance at 3 bar working pressure. Varied sized knife gate valves of ZFI-S from DN125 to DN300 are also shown.
- iFILT-S DYNAMIX disc filter: developed under licence from JASH-INVENT Umwelt- und Verfahrenstechnik AG Germany; supplied for 15 MLD STP Jagatpur, Ahmedabad, 2 MLD STP at Maldives airport and 1.2 MLD Thonburi Waste Water Collection & Treatment Project in Thailand. Hydraulic head is generally limited to 500-600mm and the rotor can be submerged by up to 65%.

- Al Haer Independent Sewage Treatment Plant, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: treatment capacity of approximately 200 MLD; supplied 45 Nos. stainless steel sluice gates, 3 Nos. MM 2 MM mechanical coarse screen, 2 Nos. totally enclosed belt conveyors with deflector plate assembly, 2 Nos. jet breakers and 116 Nos. knife gate valves.
- Nhieu Loc Thi Nghe Wastewater Treatment Plant (NLTN), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam: a 3000mm x 3000mm stainless-steel sluice gate suitable for a water head of ±9.72 m; design treatment capacity of 480,000 m³/day; 88 Nos. gates supplied for the project, executed by Aciona-Vinci Joint Venture.
- System and Public Park Construction Project, Thonburi, Thailand: 2 Nos. multi-rake screens with 50mm bar spacing and 4 Nos. centre flow travelling band fine screens with 3mm perforated opening; equipment sized 2800mm (W) x 24514mm (H) SS304 multi-rake screen and 3000mm (W) x 8210mm (H) SS304 travelling band screen.
- Mumbai Coastal Road Project (South) Package IV: manufactured and supplied 4 Nos. cast iron wall thimble mounted sluice gates, 3400mm (W) x 2400mm (H) - 1 Nos. and 2400mm (W) x 2400mm (H) - 3 Nos.
- 254 MLD Waste Water Treatment Plant, Bangalore: supplied 5 Nos. square type primary clarifiers, 12 Nos. secondary clarifiers and 2 Nos. sludge thickeners, all manufactured in SS316L stainless steel. Clarifier size shown as 39.6m x 39.6m x 3.04m SWD + 0.5m FB sized SS316L.
- Reliance Vinyls Program - OSBL (NMD-ETP), Nagothane, Mumbai: supplied 41 Nos. FRP sluice gates to VA Tech Wabag Ltd., in sizes ranging from 250mm x 250mm to 700mm x 700mm.
- Poisar River Rejuvenation & Beautification Project, Mumbai: first lot of 79 Nos. CI sluice gates and open channel gates supplied. A DN 2200mm bi-directional knife gate valve is also shown.
- 215 MLD Waste Water Treatment Facility Project, Bhandup: manufactured and supplied 3 Nos. DN 2200mm ductile iron knife gate valves with a pressure rating of 10 bar.
- Rocky Fork Lake Dam, Ohio, USA: Rodney Hunt Inc. manufactured a 5 ft x 7 ft stainless steel bonneted gate for a 70 ft water head application.
- Multi-Raking Screen, Jordan: Waterfront supplied 2 Nos. multi raking screens, size 1079mm (L) x 2546mm (W), 316L screen.
