The Board of Directors had decided on August 6, 2026 to incorporate a wholly-owned subsidiary under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013.
On October 29, 2026, the company received an official approval from the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, for the incorporation of the entity.
The entity's name is 'Hero MotoCorp Foundation - A Santosh Munjal Legacy'.
With the incorporation formalities completed, the entity has been incorporated as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.

It is a company set up under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 for charitable or not-for-profit objects.
