KFin Technologies Limited, the Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) of the company, has informed it about a change in the RTA's corporate office address and contact details. The change takes effect from December 01, 2026.

What does not change

The update states that the Registered Office of the RTA shall remain unchanged. Only the corporate office address and contact details are being revised.

For reference, the previous corporate office was at the Selenium Building, Tower-B, Plot No. 31 & 32, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Serilingampally, Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Telangana – 500 032.

What is a Registrar and Transfer Agent

When the RTA's office or contact details change, shareholders need to use the new address, phone number or email for such requests.

The company has requested that the change be noted in records and databases, and has said that all future correspondence, notices, documents and other business-related communications relating to the RTA's corporate office will be addressed to the new location from December 01, 2026.

If you write to or visit the RTA's corporate office on or after December 01, 2026, the new Kokapet, Telangana address applies.
