What the company said

What shareholders are asked to update

Why this matters for physical shareholders

The communication refers to the SEBI Master Circular dated February 06, 2026. As set out in the letter, shareholders holding securities in physical form whose folios are not updated with the prescribed KYC details (PAN, contact details, bank account details and specimen signature) are not eligible to lodge any grievance or avail any service request from the RTA, and are not eligible to receive any payment, including dividend, interest or redemption payment, in respect of such folios. Upon updation of the KYC details, all such payments are to be made only through electronic mode.

Which form to use

Registration of nomination is optional, though shareholders are encouraged to register it in their own interest. Form SH-14 may be used for cancellation or variation of an existing nomination; Form ISR-3 may be submitted instead of Form SH-13 if a shareholder wishes to opt out of nomination.

How to submit

The prescribed forms are also available on the company's website and on KFintech's website.

If you hold shares in demat form

Shareholders holding securities in dematerialised form are asked to ensure that the e-mail address, mobile number, postal address, bank account details, PAN, specimen signature, nomination and other KYC particulars registered against their demat account are accurate and up to date, and to update any change with their Depository Participant, as demat records are maintained by the depositories through the concerned DP.

One more point for physical holders

In terms of Regulation 40 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, requests for effecting transfer of securities are processed only in dematerialised form. Shareholders are therefore encouraged to dematerialise their holdings to eliminate the risks associated with physical securities and to avail the benefits of the depository system.
