- The rural-focused (RF) share of the book rose to 23% in Sep-26 from 21% in Jun-26 and 11% in Sep-25. RF AUM was INR 7,200 Cr, against INR 6,258 Cr in Q1 FY27.
- The secured book grew 18% quarter-on-quarter to INR 695 Cr, and 2-wheeler AUM crossed INR 60 Cr, against INR 20 Cr in Q1 FY27.
Asset quality
- PAR (portfolio at risk, the share of the book where repayments are overdue) 0+ was 2.1% in Sep-26 versus 2.2% in Jun-26. PAR 30+ was 1.6% versus 1.9%, PAR 60+ 1.3% versus 1.6%, and PAR 90+ 1.1% versus 1.5%.
- The update states the PAR buckets are at their lowest levels over the past 10 quarters, and that the asset quality trend is back to pre-crisis levels.
- Among the top five states in Sep-26, PAR 0+ / PAR 90+ stood at: Karnataka 1.9% / 1.1%, Maharashtra 2.1% / 1.1%, Tamil Nadu 2.1% / 1.2%, Madhya Pradesh 3.1% / 1.6% and Bihar 2.7% / 1.4%.
- The monthly PAR 15+ accretion rate was 0.26% in Sep-26, within a series that moved from 0.20% in Apr-24 to 0.91% in Sep-24, 0.95% in Dec-24 and 0.07% in Mar-26.
- The company attributes a minor increase in the monthly PAR accretion rate to excess rainfall and heavy flooding in Aug-26 / Sep-26 across certain regions in Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh, and to seasonal festivities in a few operating geographies.
- X-Bucket collection efficiency (CE) continued to remain strong at 99.71% in Sep-26.
- H1 FY27 asset quality performance remains within the guided range, according to the update.
What the update shows
- A larger loan book, higher disbursements and lower PAR levels than the preceding quarter, with growth in the rural-focused and secured parts of the book.
- A quarter described as seasonally weaker in which borrower additions were 2.3 Lakh and the company added branches.
- One month's PAR accretion rate moved up, which the company links to weather-related disruption and the festive season, while collection efficiency and the PAR buckets are shown as improving over the quarter.
