How to read this
A completion certificate is the authority's written confirmation that the built asset is finished and can be opened to traffic. For a company executing EPC contracts, this is a project milestone — it records the asset moving from construction into operation.
The certificate is issued subject to the settlement agreement dated 09 October 2026, so the works covered by that settlement are excluded from what is being certified as complete. The date from which the highway is declared fit for operation is 12 September 2024, which is also the Date of Completion shown in the project table.
The certificate itself is dated 12th October 2026. The money figures the update gives for this project are the revised estimated project cost of Rs. 1659.84 crore and the EPC value of Rs 1323.52 crore shown for the ongoing project.
