What "authorised share capital" means
Authorised share capital is the maximum amount of share capital a company is permitted to issue. Raising this ceiling does not by itself mean new shares have been issued, and it does not change the shares already held by existing shareholders. It sets a higher limit that the company can use if and when it decides to issue more shares.
Voting on the resolutions
- Remote e-voting period: from Monday, 2 November 2026 at 9:00 A.M. (IST) to Thursday, 5 November 2026 at 5:00 P.M. (IST). The remote e-voting module is to be disabled by NSDL for voting thereafter.
- Book closure: 31 October 2026 to 6 November 2026 (both days inclusive).
- C V Reddy K & Associates, Company Secretaries, are the Scrutinizer for the remote e-voting process.
- The voting right of shareholders is in proportion to their share in the paid-up equity share capital of the company.
- The consolidated Scrutinizer's Report is to be made not later than two working days from the conclusion of the meeting, and the results are to be placed on the company's website and the website of NSDL, and disseminated to the stock exchanges.
